I offer face-to-face sessions from my office in Darlington as well as online therapy
sessions, depending on your preferences and needs. Whichever format you choose, my focus is on creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. Remember, there is help available, and you don’t have to face your struggles alone. I am here to help you work through your challenges and look to the future.
Sessions are £65 per 50 minute session.
